This page explains cancellation and refund handling for OnScreen QR Scan & Generator. Google Play controls payment processing and purchase decisions.
Subscriptions
Pro Monthly and Pro Annual provide ongoing Pro access during each paid period. They renew through Google Play until canceled. The purchase screen shows the price, billing period, taxes where applicable, and renewal terms before confirmation.
To cancel, open Google Play subscriptions, choose OnScreen QR, and follow the cancellation steps. Canceling stops the next renewal; access normally continues until the end of the current paid period. Canceling does not automatically refund that period.
Lifetime
Pro Lifetime is a one-time digital purchase. It does not renew. Verified access can be restored with the same Google account after reinstalling or changing devices. Lifetime access remains subject to the purchase terms shown by Google Play.
Refund requests
Use Google Play’s refund guidance or Google Play order history for a refund request. Google Play evaluates eligibility and issues any approved refund. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
If the purchase was completed but verified access is missing, contact us and include the Google Play order number. Do not send payment details or purchase tokens.
